The Gravel Project pulls from a classic rock tradition with searing guitar licks and soulful organ vibes. They write modern feeling songs with catchy hooks and powerful lyrics. Their live show rocks an audience from start to finish while crossing a variety of genres including rock, jazz, blues, funk, Latin grooves, and soul. The familial bond between brothers Andrew and Jordan Gravel is palpable in both the connection and tension that can only exist between two brothers. Rounding out Andrew’s vocals and guitar and Jordan’s organ is the jazz influenced drumming of Dave Fox and master percussionist Eguie Castrillo (Tito Puente, Steve Winwood, Jennifer Lopez).

Their influences are apparent in their songwriting and in their selection of covers sprinkled across a Gravel Project set and include The Allman Brothers, Eric Clapton, Santana, Band of Gypsies, Tedeschi Trucks Band, Gary Clark Jr., and more. In early 2022 the band released their 3rd studio album, “Many Miles Ahead” and in early 2023 released their 2nd live album, “Live from Wellspring Studios”.
